PPC Budget Allocator

Split a total monthly ad budget across your campaigns using simple priority weights. Give a campaign a higher weight and it gets a bigger share — each campaign's monthly and daily budget is calculated proportionally.

The full amount you plan to spend on Amazon Ads this month.
Weight each campaign from 1 (lowest priority) to 10 (highest priority). The budget is split in proportion to the weights.

Pro tips: splitting budget without starving winners

  1. Weight by proven return, not by hope. Give proven winners - low-ACoS, high-ROAS campaigns - weights of 8 to 10, discovery and auto campaigns 3 to 5, and pure experiments 1 to 2. Each share equals weight divided by total weight, so a weight-10 campaign in a 20-point total takes exactly half the budget. The math is transparent; make the weights honest.
  2. Remember the daily figure assumes a 30-day month. Amazon can spend up to 25% over a campaign's daily budget on a hot day, but it will not exceed daily budget times days in the month. Treat the daily column as a pacing guide for the month, not a hard cap you will be billed against every single day.
  3. Re-run the split every time the mix changes. Adding one campaign dilutes every existing share unless you raise the total budget. Re-allocate monthly at minimum, and immediately after launches, seasonal pushes, or pausing a big spender - otherwise yesterday's split quietly misallocates today's money.
  4. Protect a testing reserve. If every dollar is weighted toward today's winners, discovery starves and next quarter's winners never appear. Keep 10 to 15 percent of total weight on auto and broad discovery campaigns even when they look inefficient on paper. Today's inefficiency is tomorrow's keyword harvest.
  5. The tool splits money, not results. This allocator does not predict sales, clicks, or ACoS - it divides a budget fairly by your weights. Pair the output with last month's actual ACoS per campaign: winners earn more weight, losers get cut, and the split stays anchored to reality instead of optimism.
  6. Give new campaigns a small weight for the first two weeks. A brand-new campaign has no performance data, so weighting it at 8 is a gamble. Start launches at weight 1 or 2 to cap the downside while Amazon learns, then promote the weight once you see real ACoS. The tool makes the re-split a thirty-second job.
  7. Name campaigns by intent inside the tool. Type names like Auto-Discovery, Exact-Winners, or Competitor-Conquest instead of Campaign 1. The exported table then reads as a media plan you can hand to a VA or client - the name column is documentation, so use it.
  8. Recapture trapped budget from underspenders. In Amazon each campaign's budget is its own silo - a campaign that cannot spend its share does not hand the leftover to your winners. If a campaign chronically underspends, lower its weight here and re-allocate so the money flows to campaigns that can actually spend it.
  9. Keep one row per campaign, not per ad group. The allocator splits at whatever level you enter, but Amazon budgets live at the campaign level. Rows per ad group create a false precision the platform cannot honor - split by campaign, then manage ad-group bids inside each campaign separately.

Yes — free forever, no signup. It runs entirely in your browser and nothing you enter is uploaded anywhere.
Each campaign gets a share of the budget proportional to its weight: a weight-5 campaign gets five times the budget of a weight-1 campaign. Daily budget is simply the monthly amount divided by 30.
No — it is a simple proportional calculator for planning. It does not forecast performance.
Yes — use "Add campaign" for as many rows as you need, and remove any row with the × button.
At least weekly for active accounts. Shift budget toward campaigns consistently beating your target ACoS and pull back from campaigns that spend without converting. Rebalance sooner after launches, price changes, or seasonal shifts, when performance patterns move fastest.
