OUR STORY

BidPilot — the autopilot for Amazon advertising

BidPilot exists for one reason: sellers should spend their time building brands, not babysitting bids. As an Amazon PPC automation company, our automation watches your campaigns around the clock — adjusting bids, harvesting keywords, pacing budgets — so you can focus on products and customers.

Founder

Founded by Deepak

BidPilot started with a familiar frustration: mornings lost to spreadsheets and bid tweaks, while ACoS drifted anyway. Deepak built the first version to automate his own advertising workflow — then shaped it into a tool any Amazon seller could use.

The goal hasn’t changed since: software that treats your ad budget like its own money.

Why we built it

Three things that annoyed us about ad tools

Every design decision in BidPilot is an answer to a frustration we lived with. Here are the big three.

Frustration 1

Black-box automation

Tools that move your bids without telling you what changed — or why.

Our answer: transparent by design. Every change BidPilot makes is logged with its reason, visible in your dashboard, and reversible.

Frustration 2

A percentage of your ad spend

Pricing that taxes your growth: the more you sell, the more they take.

Our answer: flat pricing. Your bill shouldn’t grow just because your sales did. See BidPilot’s flat-rate pricing — pick a plan, know your cost.

Frustration 3

Basics locked behind signup

Simple calculators and checkers that demand your email before showing a single number.

Our answer: free tools, no signup. Try them right now on our tools page — value first, email never required. New to the metrics? Start with our beginner's guide to ACoS .

Milestones

Early, independent, and honest about it

We’re a small, independent team with no growth-at-all-costs playbook. We’d rather tell you “we don’t know yet” than show you a number we made up — which is why you won’t find vanity stats on this page.

Milestones coming soon. This space is reserved for real, checkable milestones — launch, first customers, first reviews. Nothing will appear here until it actually happens — though our reviews page is already waiting for the first stories.

What we believe

Our values

Transparency

No black boxes

You always see what the automation changed, why it changed it, and what it cost. Every adjustment is logged and explainable.

Seller-first

Your profit is the metric

Every feature we ship has to answer one question: does it make our customers more money? If not, it doesn’t ship.

Honest math

No invented statistics

We publish real methodology, real change logs and real limitations. If a number can’t be checked, we don’t print it.

Try the tools before you trust the pitch.

The free tools are the honest version of this page — run a real PPC audit or calculator right now and judge the product directly.

Our mission

Honest automation for every Amazon seller

Our mission is simple to state and hard to do: give every Amazon seller — from a first-time private-label founder to a multi-brand aggregator — advertising automation they can actually trust. That means software that shows its work, pricing that never punishes growth, and free tools good enough to use even if you never pay us.

Where we are headed follows from that. More of the tedious PPC workflow becomes automated, but always with the reasoning visible and reversible. The free toolbox keeps growing, because a seller who learns from our free tools today is the customer who trusts our automation tomorrow. And the pricing stays flat: if we succeed, it will be because sellers chose us, not because a percentage meter ran while they slept.

How we measure ourselves: by the hours sellers get back, the ad waste they avoid, and whether they would recommend us to another seller without being asked. Everything else — feature counts, page views, vanity metrics — is noise.

If that sounds like the kind of company you want handling your ad budget, the honest next step is the same one we suggest everywhere on this site: run the free tools on your real numbers and judge for yourself. No signup, no sales call — the product either earns your trust or it doesn’t.

We are deliberately small and product-led: the same people who build the tools answer support, and every automation we ship is one we would run on our own ad accounts first. If it is not good enough for our money, it does not ship.
