PPC Bulk-Sheet Preflight Validator

Bulk operations are the fastest way to manage Amazon Ads — and the fastest way to push a broken sheet live. This validator checks your bulk file before it touches your account: blank campaign names, invalid match types, duplicate campaign/ad-group/keyword/match combinations, states outside enabled/paused/archived, non-numeric bids and budgets, daily budgets set below the highest bid, and malformed start/end dates. Fix the flagged rows, download the cleaned file, and upload with confidence.

Bulk sheet: pro tips

  1. Validate, download the cleaned file, then validate once more right before uploading. Sheets get hand-edited between checks — the second pass catches the row someone "fixed" manually and broke. Always upload the cleaned download, never your original paste.
  2. Keep daily budgets at least 10–20× your keyword bids. The validator flags budgets below the highest bid, but even a budget that passes can throttle delivery — a $5/day campaign with $1.50 bids is exhausted by lunch and never learns.
  3. Dedupe campaign / ad-group / keyword / match-type combinations before upload. Duplicates don't always error — they silently overwrite, and you find out when bids change on keywords you never touched.

Why validate a bulk sheet before uploading?

If you run Amazon PPC advertising, your bulk sheet is the control panel — and a few hundred rows hide mistakes a human eye won't find: a keyword duplicated with a different bid, a campaign set to an invalid state, a daily budget lower than the keyword bids inside it. Amazon accepts the sheet and applies the damage quietly.

How does Amazon PPC work at the bulk level? You bid on keywords, Amazon charges per click, and every change is uploaded as a sheet — that is the day-to-day reality of Amazon pay per click advertising. Validating first turns upload day into a non-event: the 10 checks below flag every structural problem by row, the cleaned download strips the whitespace and blank rows that cause silent failures, and you keep full control — this is validation only, it never builds or changes your campaigns.

How do I validate my bulk sheet?

Paste, upload, check, clean:

  1. Paste your bulk sheet into the box, or upload the CSV/TSV/TXT export — or do both at once.
  2. Hit Validate to run all 10 checks: names, match types, duplicates, states, bids, budgets, and dates.
  3. Work through the flagged rows — each issue names the exact row and what is wrong.
  4. Download the cleaned file (whitespace trimmed, blank rows removed) and upload it to Amazon Ads with confidence.

Bulk Sheet Validator FAQs

Yes — free forever, no signup. It runs entirely in your browser, so nothing you paste or upload is sent anywhere.
Amazon PPC — pay-per-click advertising on Amazon — is how sellers buy placement for their products in search results and on product pages: you bid on keywords and pay only when a shopper clicks your ad. It runs as an auction, so bids and relevance decide who shows. This validator doesn't manage that auction — it just makes sure the bulk sheets you upload for your Amazon PPC campaigns are structurally sound.
Ten checks: blank campaign names, invalid match types, duplicate campaign/ad-group/keyword/match combinations, states outside enabled/paused/archived, non-numeric or negative bids and budgets, daily budgets below the highest bid in the file, and start/end dates that aren't valid yyyymmdd.
No — it is validation only. It never connects to your ad account, never builds campaigns, and never uploads anything. You download the cleaned file and upload it yourself in the Amazon Ads console.
The same campaign + ad group + keyword + match type appearing more than once. Those rows fight each other on upload, so each duplicate after the first is flagged.
Nowhere. The sheet is parsed and checked inside your browser tab. Your campaign data never touches our servers.
