1. Introduction
BidPilot ("we", "our", "us") provides AI-powered Amazon advertising automation for sellers, vendors and agencies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and services (collectively, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). We may also collect your company name, billing details and preferred marketplace/currency.
- Amazon Ads data. If you connect your Amazon Seller or advertising account, we access advertising data through the Amazon Ads API — for example campaign, ad group, keyword, targeting, budget, impression, click, spend, order and revenue metrics — strictly as needed to provide the Service.
- Usage data. We collect technical information about how you interact with the Service, such as pages viewed, features used, device type, browser, IP address and approximate location, to operate and improve the Service.
- Support communications. When you contact us, we keep a record of your message and our response so we can help you effectively.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain and improve the Service, including bid optimization, keyword discovery and reporting features;
- Authenticate your account and secure access to the Service;
- Process payments and manage subscriptions;
- Send transactional messages (account notices, security alerts, billing receipts) and, with your consent, product updates;
- Detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security incidents;
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations;
- Amazon via the Amazon Ads API when you explicitly authorize the connection, subject to Amazon's API terms;
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users;
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, with notice to you.
5. Data security
We apply industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, access controls and regular backups — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to protect your information.
6. Data retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active, and advertising data for the period needed to provide reports and optimization history. There is no self-service account deletion: to delete your account, contact support@bidpilot.online . Deletion removes your account record and campaign data (campaigns, keywords, budgets, automation rules and history). Billing records, audit and activity logs, and Amazon connection tokens are retained for accounting and operational purposes unless you specifically ask us to remove them — and disconnecting your Amazon account in the dashboard deletes its stored tokens immediately. We apply no fixed retention timetable beyond what is needed to operate the service and meet legal or accounting obligations.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@bidpilot.online . We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy .
10. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
