CAREERS
We’re a small team with a big ambition: honest automation for Amazon sellers. If you like owning real problems end to end — and working somewhere that tells the truth, inside and out — you might belong here. Learn more about who we are — or try the free Amazon PPC tools we build for sellers.
Why BidPilot
We’re small, so how we work matters more than any perk list. Here’s what we’re building toward — and holding ourselves to.
Your work ships to real sellers quickly, and your name is on it. No ticket queues, no layers of approval — just problems worth solving.
We judge output, not hours online. Good writing beats long meetings, and deep work beats presence theater.
No hustle theater. We tell customers the truth — like this page — and we tell each other the truth first.
Open roles
We don’t have open roles listed right now. We’re small and hire slowly — usually when a problem needs a person, not before. When that changes, real roles with real descriptions will appear here.
Life at BidPilot
We are a small, independent team, so every person shapes the product directly. There is no middle management, no status meetings about status meetings, and no roadmap theater — just a short list of problems that matter to sellers and the focus to finish them. If you do your best work with real ownership and honest feedback, you will fit in.
We work remotely and async by default: written updates beat meetings, and deep work beats presence theater. You will know exactly how the business is doing, what customers are saying, and why we are building what we are building — the same transparency we promise sellers applies inside the team too.
Our engineers work across the stack — from the browser-based free tools to the automation engine that adjusts bids and harvests keywords. You will ship to production early and often, see exactly how sellers use what you built, and fix what breaks without a ticket queue in between.
Great ad automation is built by people who have lived inside ad accounts. If you have managed Amazon PPC — as a seller, an agency operator or a freelancer — your instincts about bids, budgets and search terms directly shape what the product does next.
Small teams run on people who can do more than one thing well: support with empathy, write clearly, spot a broken flow, test like a user. If you are the person friends ask to “just look at this,” there is probably a role here with your name on it.
How to apply
We do not have open roles listed right now, but general applications are always welcome. Write to us through the contact page and tell us plainly: what you would build or fix at BidPilot, and why you are the person to do it. Show us something real — a project, a teardown of one of our tools, an audit of an ad account with the numbers changed — instead of adjectives about yourself. We read every message and reply to the ones that show genuine thought, even if there is no role open yet.
What happens next: if your note resonates, we will reply with a small, paid trial project related to the actual work — not a take-home puzzle, but something useful. We judge the work, discuss it together, and decide from there. No ghosting: everyone who puts real effort into an application hears back from us, whether the answer is yes or not yet. And if the timing is wrong, a strong application stays on file — several of our best conversations started with a “not right now.”
Remote-first and async by default. We hire for the quality of the work, not the timezone on the résumé — strong applications from anywhere are welcome.
Tell us what you’d build at BidPilot and why you’re the person to build it. We read every message — general applications are welcome anytime.
