Free Amazon PPC Tools for Sellers

Every tool below is free and runs entirely in your browser — no signup, no credit card, no catch. Open any tool page, or keep scrolling to try each tool right here on this page.

Why are these tools free?

Because sellers who do better math build better businesses — and we want you doing the math. These tools run entirely in your browser, ask for nothing in return, and will stay free. Some tools have Pro upgrades inside BidPilot for sellers who want everything automated — the AI Auto Audit, for example, is Pro-only — but everything on this page is free forever.

A practical way to work through this page: start with the math that decides whether a product earns its ad spend — profit margins, breakeven ACoS and ROAS — then move to the builders that shape campaigns, keywords, and creatives. Use the analyzers to keep things clean over time: harvest search terms that convert, negate the ones that only spend, and rebalance budgets toward what beats your target. Each tool explains its own inputs on the page, so you learn the concept while you use it.

Everything here runs entirely in your browser, so nothing you type is sent to a server and nothing needs an account — which is also why the tools can stay free. When manual calculation stops scaling — dozens of campaigns, daily bid changes, weekly search-term reviews — that is exactly what BidPilot’s automation is for: the same math, run on your live Amazon Ads data, every day, without the spreadsheets.

New tools are added regularly, and every one follows the same rules: free, no signup, and your data stays in your browser. If there is a calculation you do by hand every week, tell us through the contact page — the most-requested workflows become the next tools on this page.

FBA Profitability Calculator

Quickly estimate whether a product is worth selling on Amazon. Enter your numbers below and get a fee breakdown, net profit, margin, break-even price, and ROI — using built-in fee estimates you can adjust to match current Amazon rates. Best for: New and experienced sellers evaluating whether a product idea can actually make money on Amazon before ordering inventory. It suits anyone comparing FBA against FBM fulfillment, checking how referral and fulfillment fees eat into margin, or sizing up a new niche — and it is especially handy before committing to a first production run.

It helps you move beyond a handful of obvious terms by expanding a product name or ASIN into intent-based variations, sizes and use-cases — output you can feed straight into campaigns, negatives planning, or listing copy.

ACoS / TACoS Profitability Calculator

Go beyond the raw ACoS number: factor in your margins to find your break-even ACoS, your target ACoS for a chosen profit margin, and get a plain-English verdict on whether your ads make money. Best for: Sellers who suspect a decent-looking ACoS is hiding unprofitable ads. By layering in margins, fees and business phase, it reveals your true break-even point and whether ad spend is actually growing profit — ideal for monthly reviews, agency reporting, or deciding how aggressively you can afford to scale.

AI Search Visibility Audit

Checks how well your listing matches the way shoppers now ask Alexa for Shopping for products — a heuristic simulation that runs fully in your browser. What is dayparting? Shoppers don't convert evenly through the day. Evenings might bring clicks that convert well while early mornings quietly burn spend. Dayparting means raising bids when your ads perform and pulling back when they don't. Amazon Ads has no built-in ad schedule for Sponsored Products, so advertisers implement it with bid rules — and this calculator produces the numbers those rules need.

Why Revenue-Per-Click? We rank time buckets by RPC (sales ÷ clicks) rather than ACoS or conversion rate alone, because RPC captures both sides of the trade: how often clicks become orders and how much those orders are worth. A bucket with slightly worse ACoS but far more revenue per click still deserves higher bids.

1 · Upload your hourly report

Drag & drop your CSV file(s) here

or

CSV format only — Amazon Ads exports CSV natively. You can drop several files at once; they are combined.

How to get your report from Amazon Ads:
  1. Go to Measurement & Reporting → Sponsored ads reports .
  2. Create a report with Report type "Campaign" and Time unit "Hourly" .
  3. Pick a 2–4 week date range, download the CSV, and upload it above.

2 · Filters & confidence
Amazon runs Schedule Rules in your ad account's timezone.

aCTC (average clicks-to-conversion) = total clicks ÷ total orders in your filtered data. A day/hour bucket needs at least N × aCTC clicks before its numbers are trusted — anything below is flagged Low Data . Set N to 0 to disable the filter.

6 · Suggested bid adjustments

Formula: (bucket metric ÷ overall metric) − 1, shown as a percent. Positive means the bucket beats your average — raise bids; negative means it trails — lower bids. For CPC and ACOS, where lower is better, the ratio is flipped so + still means "raise" .

8 · Using dayparting well

How to use the suggestions. Start with the metric that matches your goal — RPC for revenue growth, ACOS if you guard a target. Apply the strongest adjustments first (say, anything beyond ±20%), then re-check after a week. Small buckets flagged Low Data should be left alone until they gather clicks.

How much data. Two to four weeks of hourly data is the sweet spot (combine multiple 14-day reports — Amazon\'s hourly reports max out at 14 days each). A single unusual day — a lightning deal, Prime Day — can skew one bucket, and longer ranges smooth that out. If your campaigns are new, wait until you have a few hundred clicks before trusting the heatmap.

9 · FAQ
How much data do I need?

At least 2–4 weeks of hourly Sponsored Products data. Bigger accounts with more campaigns may want 6–8 weeks so thin buckets still clear the click-confidence filter.

Which metric should drive my bid adjustments?

RPC is the default because it balances conversion rate and order value. Use CVR if your products all sell at similar prices, ACOS if you must defend a margin target, and CPC when pure efficiency matters more than growth.

Is this free? Do I need to log in?

Yes, free, and no login needed. The whole calculator runs in your browser — your report files are parsed locally and never uploaded anywhere.

Does Amazon Ads support dayparting directly?

Not as a built-in ad schedule for Sponsored Products. Advertisers implement dayparting with rule-based bidding (bid multipliers on a schedule) or automation tools. This calculator gives you the per-hour numbers to configure those rules.

Rule-based bidding vs dayparting — what's the difference?

They're two halves of the same thing: dayparting is the strategy (bid more when it converts, less when it doesn't) and rule-based bidding is the mechanism Amazon gives you to run it on a schedule.

Does this work for Sponsored Brands or Sponsored Display?

It's built around the Sponsored Products hourly campaign report. The math works for any hourly data with clicks, spend, orders and sales, but brand and display campaigns behave differently — treat their suggestions as directional, not precise.

Does it work for international marketplaces?

Yes. Currency symbols and thousand separators are stripped during parsing, and every metric is computed from your own numbers, so any marketplace works.
