Bulk Sheet Generator

Build a ready-to-upload Amazon Ads Sponsored Products bulk sheet as a CSV. Define your products, campaign architecture and targeting below — every row is generated in your browser, nothing leaves your device.

Account type
Products

Format: ASIN,SKU,Group — Group is optional. ASIN must be 10 characters.

or upload a CSV / TXT file with ASIN, SKU, Group columns.
Architecture presets

Start from a standard structure, then tweak — nothing is locked in.

Campaign structure & naming

Tokens: {ASIN} {SKU} {Group} {Targeting} {MatchType} {Date} . When both auto and manual targeting are selected, auto targets get their own campaign (Amazon requires it).

Ad group structure & naming

"Single ad group" puts every target of the campaign into one ad group.

The split toggles apply to the "Separate ad group" structure.

Targeting types (select at least one)

Amazon automatically targets relevant keywords and products. Unchecked groups are still created, but paused.

Close match Keywords closely related to your product $
Loose match Keywords loosely related to your product $
Substitutes Products shoppers buy instead of yours $
Complements Products bought together with yours $

Manual targeting with your own keywords.

Exact bid Search term must match keyword word-for-word $
Phrase bid Search term must contain the phrase in order $
Broad bid Words in any order, includes close variants $

Target specific ASINs or product pages.

Campaign settings
Placement adjustments

0 = no adjustment row is generated. Range 0–900%.

Negative keywords (optional)

Applied to keyword & auto ad groups only — not product-targeting ad groups.

Match types
Level

Applied to keyword & auto ad groups only — not product-targeting ad groups.

Negative product targeting (optional)

Ad group level only. Applied to product & auto ad groups — not keyword ad groups. Generates asin="B07…" expressions.

Worked example

A sample structure, exported by the Amazon Ads bulk file generator.

Worked example — illustrative, not live Amazon data

Scenario: Launching two bamboo cutting-board ASINs with a clean structure: one campaign per group, split auto and keyword ad groups.

Inputs: Two ASIN/SKU rows, campaign template “SP - {Group} - {Targeting}”, split ad-group structure, per-match-type bids, negatives “free” and “cheap”.

What the output means: A 340-row bulk CSV: 8 campaigns, 32 ad groups, keyword and product-target rows with bids, campaign-level negatives, and placement adjustments — with a row-by-row preview before you download.

Concrete next action: Download the CSV, scan the preview for naming and bid sanity, then upload via the Amazon Ads console under Bulk operations and review Amazon’s validation results before anything goes live.

A quick walkthrough of the tool, start to finish.

Pro tips: building bulk sheets that upload cleanly

The generator validates every field before it builds your CSV, but these habits will save you the most time when you upload to Amazon Ads.

Start with Launch, graduate to Scale

New product? Use the Launch preset: auto campaigns across close match, loose match and substitutes plus exact and phrase keywords, with modest bids. Let it run 7–14 days, then mine the search-term report in the Search Term Analyzer and move the winners into a Scale structure — exact match only, higher bids, product targeting on. The generator’s presets encode this exact workflow, so you don’t have to rebuild it by hand.

Send keywords straight from the Search Term Analyzer

Don’t retype anything. In the Search Term Analyzer, harvest your winning keywords and negatives, then follow the handoff link — the generator imports them into the keyword and negative fields automatically (duplicates skipped) and shows an import banner. Review the imported lines, pick your match types, and hit Generate sheet.

Use name templates with tokens

Hard-coded campaign names become unmanageable at scale. The generator supports {ASIN}, {SKU}, {Group}, {Targeting}, {MatchType} and {Date} tokens — a template like “SP - {Group} - {Targeting}” produces names that sort and filter cleanly in the Amazon Ads console. Pair it with an ad-group template like “{Group} | {Targeting} | {MatchType}” so every row traces back to its product group.

Put junk negatives at campaign level

Terms like free, cheap and used can never convert for a premium product — add them as campaign-level negatives so they are blocked across every ad group at once. Reserve ad-group-level negatives for terms that are junk only in one ad group’s context. And when several junk terms share a root, one negative phrase on the root covers them all instead of a dozen exact negatives.

Validate ASINs before you generate

Every product line needs a valid 10-character ASIN, and Seller Central rows need a SKU for each product (Vendor Central ignores the SKU column). The generator flags bad lines with the exact line number — fix them in the products box and regenerate. A sheet that passes the generator’s validation still deserves a glance at the 25-row preview before you upload it under Amazon Ads → Bulk operations.

Match bidding strategy and placements to the goal

The presets pair each structure with a bidding strategy for a reason: Launch uses dynamic bids down only (protect a discovery budget from overspending), while Scale switches to dynamic bids up and down (let Amazon raise bids on likely converters once you have winners). Placement adjustments work the same way — the sample starts at 50% top of search and 25% product pages, both within the tool’s 0–900% range. Start conservative, then move the percentages toward whatever the placement report says actually converts.

Frequently asked questions

A CSV that creates or updates campaigns, ad groups, keywords, targets and negatives in a single upload (Ads console → Bulk operations) instead of clicking through the UI one entity at a time.

Entity and Operation plus the campaign/ad-group identifiers, then entity-specific columns — keyword text, match type and bid for keywords; ASIN and bid for product targets. The generator fills the required set for every row it creates.

Account type changes which entities are available and some column values. The generator’s Seller/Vendor toggle adjusts the output so you don’t upload rows Amazon will reject.

Amazon Ads console → Bulk operations → upload the CSV → review the validation report. Always check the preview first; a rejected upload costs you nothing, a bad live one does.
